DESCRIPTION:Online Workshop mit Vorabregistrierung (7 Tage vorher) \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMit der EU-KI-Verordnung (AI Act) vom Februar 2025 sind Unternehmen verpflichtet\, ein ausreichendes Maß an KI-Kompetenzen bei Mitarbeitern sicherzustellen\, die KI-Systeme nutzen. In der eintägigen KI-Anwenderschulung werden Mitarbeiter für die rechtlichen und ethischen Risiken bei der Nutzung von KI sensibilisiert. Sie erhalten praxisnahes Wissen\, um verantwortungsvoll und Compliance-konform mit KI umgehen zu können. Am Ende des Seminars steht die Onlineprüfung zum Zertifikatserwerb “ICO Artificial Intelligence – End User Certificate – EU AI Act Ch. I Art. 4”. SUMMARY:Responsible AI: Ethical Choices in the Age of Intelligent Machines
DESCRIPTION:Online or in Potsdam \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat if the next breakthrough in AI isn’t defined by what machines can do\, but by what they should do? In this presentation\, Dilem Kaya\, a member of SAP’s AI Ethics team and a master student at the Hasso Plattner Institute\, highlights the balance between ethical guidelines and technological progress in AI development. She focuses on the advancements of cutting-edge AI systems and their ability to achieve “beyond human-level” performance\, analyzing their implications for society and technology. With an emphasis on transparency\, accountability\, and human-centered design\, Dilem illustrates how these principles are shaping both the present and the future of advanced AI development. \n\n\n\nDilem Kaya is a Master student in Digital Health at the Hasso Plattner Institute and a working student in the AI Ethics team at SAP. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Coding and Software Engineering. Beyond her academic pursuits\, she is an active member of the Women in AI community and the AI Grid community as well as a scholarship holder of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.
